Delivery Conditions





  • Orders over £100 (ex. vat) receive FREE Delivery within the UK mainland.
  • Orders below £100 (ex. vat) are subject to a rate from £12.99.

Ensuring that your orders are processed quickly and delivered complete, intact, and as soon as you need them is paramount to our business. We understand the importance of efficient distribution which is why we have developed a fast and dependable delivery system. 


We currently offer a range of delivery methods of your choice:

  • Next Working Day - UK (On all orders placed before 3pm)
  • Pallet Delivery - UP TO 2 WORKING DAYS (ETA TBC by Sales Executive)
  • Saturday Delivery 


All of our UK parcel orders are sent out for guaranteed next day delivery using the UK's leading courier, DPD, we utilise the DPD predict service which you are sent an email and text message to notify you of a one hour delivery window to ensure you are available when the couriers attempt to deliver. If the time is inconvenient its really simple, just email back or text back the notification to choose a more suitable time to you. 

Our high security warehouse and offices are located close to excellent road links, so we can offer next day delivery to anywhere in the UK (outside of our peak times of business).



Any goods purchased from Prolife Distribution Ltd, which you no longer require will need to be sent back to us at the cost to yourself up to 48 hours after delivery.

Prolife Distribution Ltd will not reimburse any postage costs for items returned to us.


Once the goods have been returned and checked, there will be a 15% administration fee applied to any amount. This is to cover the additional processing time incurred due to this return.

If you accept damaged goods, we require a notification in the minimum term of 48 hours after delivery.  All claims will be subjected to investigation by ourselves, including checking the internal CCTV.

All damaged items are to be kept by the customer, pending collection from ourselves – items thrown away or disposed of by the customer before this collection or contact, will result in the claim being void.

Photographic evidence will be required of the items and packaging following any claim made by a customer. This will need to be, a photo of each item damaged -  so if 5 damaged, 5 items in photos.



  • We are also pleased to accept orders from customers worldwide.
  • We offer very competitive rates to ship the goods to wherever you are in the world.
  • We comply fully with all export legislation, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is prepared before dispatch. Alternatively we can either deliver to your UK-based freight forwarder or allow your freight forwarder to collect from us.
