Delivery Charges:

  • Orders over £100 (ex. vat) receive FREE Delivery (UK Mainland Only).

  • Orders below £100 (ex. vat) are subject to delivery charges from £12.99.


Dispatch Times:

For Parcel orders:

  • Same Day Dispatch - 3 pm cut off time from Monday to Friday

  • Sunday Dispatch – For orders received by 8 pm Saturday

 Parcel Orders placed from 03:00 pm on Friday until 8 pm on Saturday:

  • UK -Mainland: Dispatched on Sunday.

  • Ireland, NI and UK Non-Mainland: Dispatched in the next working day.


For UK Pallet orders:

  • Same Day Dispatch - 12 pm cut off time from Monday to Friday

Pallet Orders place from 12:00 pm on Friday until 12:00 pm on Monday:

  • Dispatched on Monday to all locations.


Delivery Methods:

Our location provides us with excellent road links which allow us to offer next day delivery to anywhere in the UK (outside of peak business times). 

  • Next Working Day Delivery (UK – Mainland)

  • 2-3 Working Days Delivery - UK Non-mainland & NI.

  • 3-4 Working Days Delivery - Republic of Ireland

  • Saturday Delivery (optional)

  • Pallet Delivery – Up to 2 working days (ETA TBC by Sales Executive)

  • European Delivery – Dependant on region, please contact an account manager

All of our UK parcel orders are sent out with DPD’s guaranteed next day delivery service. We utilise the DPD predict service which sends you an email & text message to notify you of a 1-hour delivery window to ensure you are available when the couriers attempt delivery. If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery you can choose a more suitable time for you by responding to your notification email OR text from DPD.


Returns Policy:

  • Any goods purchased from Prolife Distribution Ltd, which you no longer require will need to be sent back to us at the delivery cost to yourself up to 48 hours after delivery.
  • Prolife Distribution Ltd will not reimburse any postage costs for items returned to us.
  • Once goods have been returned and checked there will be a 15% administration fee applied to any amount. This is to cover the additional processing time incurred due to this return.
  • If you accept damaged good we require notification within 48 hours after delivery. All claims are subject to investigation by ourselves including internal CCTV checks.
  • Damaged items are to be kept by the customer, pending collection from ourselves. Items that are thrown away or disposed of by the customer before this collection or contact will result in claims being void.
  • Photographic evidence will be required of any items or packaging following any claim made by a customer. This will need to include each unique damaged item


European & Worldwide Customers:

For European customers, we provide a pallet shipping service via Europa. This allows us to export goods to the EU on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, removing any additional burden and protecting your business.

We do accept orders from customers worldwide and offer competitive rates to ship goods wherever you are in the world. Prolife Distribution Ltd fully complies with all export legislation, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is prepared before goods are dispatched. Alternatively, we can deliver to your UK-based freight forwarder or allow your freight forwarder to collect from us.
